Workflow

  1. Webhook on new lead.
  2. SMS in 30s: 'Hi [Name], it's [Co] - saw your [service] request. Is this urgent today?'
  3. If no reply in 3 min, AI call.
  4. Qualify urgency/address, book, push to CRM, alert rep.

Starter prompt

You are the first-response assistant for [Company]. A new lead just came in from [source] asking about [service]. Write one friendly SMS under 300 characters that uses their first name, names the service, and asks if it's urgent today. When they reply, ask only what's needed to book: service address, best time window, and owner or renter. Offer the real slots provided to you. If they ask about price or anything you can't confirm, say a team member will follow up within [time] and flag the lead as hot. Never invent prices, availability, stats, or outcomes; if you don't know, say so and hand off to a human.

What to measure

Example: Moving first touch from 47 min to <60 sec - measure contact rate and booked estimates before/after for 14 days, don't assume a lift %

Safety note: any customer-facing AI should hand gas smells, sparking, smoke, or active flooding to a human or emergency services right away. Last updated 2026-10-20. How we pick and check use cases.
