Privacy Policy

FieldClipboard (fieldclipboard.com) is a directory of AI use cases and a newsletter for home service businesses, operated by Campfire Creative Media Co. (“we”, “us”). What we collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address, and the date you signed up.
• Use case submissions: whatever you send us in the form or by email, such as your name, email, company, trade, and the workflow details.
• Sponsors: contact and billing details needed to book and invoice a placement. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data: our hosting provider logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser, and pages requested) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To send the Daily 5 newsletter and occasional updates about FieldClipboard.
• To review, edit, and publish use case submissions, and to contact you about them.
• To deliver and report on sponsor placements, and to keep business and tax records.
• To keep the site working and protected from abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Newsletters may include clearly labelled sponsor messages, but we do not share subscriber emails with sponsors. Sponsor reports contain aggregate numbers only (for example, total clicks).

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run FieldClipboard: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery and subscriber list), and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Your choices

• Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jacob.campos10@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

We keep subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, submissions for as long as they are useful to the directory, and payment records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Children

FieldClipboard is for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be noted in the newsletter.
